Every year, Domuya will release a series of theme based character, using Domuya D1 Doll as a platform. Starting from 2005, we have G and Sai, in 2006, we have Vampire and the Bride, Domuya Summer Music Festival, etc. In 2008, Domuya theme based release will be Dirge of Glory.
In Domuya, whenever we create a doll, we try to give him/her life. Rather than plainly create a character, we inject character, history, to our doll. We create a doll with our heart. We believe by using this approach, we are able to create a doll more than just a plain product, each doll will be an individual which will always live in the heart of Domuya R&D department, and hopefully, in your heart.
In 2008, we want to push our concept further, rather than a one time theme; we create a "universe", to house our tragic character in it. Dirge of Glory.
Dirge of Glory, it tells a story of a rise and fall of a forgotten kingdom, Forgotten yet Glorious.
